This Christmas, Southside Bars is teaming up with MINCKA Coffee to bring MINCKA After Dark to Haywards Heath.
For just 12 nights across November and December, MINCKA will open after hours for Christmas parties, combining festive food, Christmas cocktails, professional bartenders, music and plenty of Christmas spirit.
Whether you’re a small team looking to join a bigger celebration or a larger company wanting the venue to yourselves, there are options for both shared and private Christmas parties.

Private Christmas Parties
Ingredients: Rum, lime, winter spices, sugar, mint, ginger beer.
The main Christmas party package is £39.95 per person and includes:
- Your choice of signature Christmas welcome cocktail
- Festive Sharing Feast
- Christmas Cheese & Dessert Board
- Christmas crackers
- Party and live music available
- Professional cocktail bar with a full drinks menu
Choose between the Gingerbread MINCKA Martini or Under the Mistletoe as your signature welcome cocktail, before moving onto the full bar menu for the rest of the evening.
Groups of 30–100 people can book Private MINCKA After Dark, giving you MINCKA exclusively for your Christmas celebration.
Shared Christmas Parties
Smaller team? Join the party.
Groups of 4–29 people can book onto a Shared MINCKA After Dark night.
You can celebrate with your own group while enjoying the atmosphere of a bigger Christmas party alongside other local teams.
It’s ideal for smaller businesses that want a proper office Christmas party without needing enough people to hire an entire venue.
Shake & Celebrate
Shake & Celebrate includes the Christmas party experience plus an interactive festive cocktail class with the Southside Bars team for a total of £49.95 per person.
Get behind the bar with one of our professional bartenders and learn how to shake and make your own Christmas cocktail.
Groups rotate through the experience 10 guests at a time, meaning the music, drinks and party continue while everyone gets their chance behind the bar.
The 12 Nights of Christmas
MINCKA After Dark will only be running for 12 nights in 2026:
November: Friday 27th & Saturday 28th
December: Thursday 3rd, Friday 4th, Saturday 5th, Thursday 10th, Friday 11th, Saturday 12th, Wednesday 16th, Thursday 17th, Friday 18th & Saturday 19th.
With only a limited number of private nights available, we’d recommend getting in touch early if your company has a particular date in mind.
